This app only works for large metal objects, doesnt work to find studs. I put the iPhone right on top of a nail in a stud and it didnt show any difference.

Easily finds studs in drywall wall.

Tested it on various metal objects and a range of sensitivities and did not work at all.

Does what its supposed to do!

I recently downloaded this app to help me find lost or hidden objects, and when I began to use it, the alarm and vibrating immediately went off when my phone was nowhere near anything! I will admit, this app did work once in a while, but I was extremely disappointed...

I got this for app to find studs in the wall to hang my bike rack. This app worked great and I was able to hang the bike in 5 min. I def recommend it for this type of activity

1st of all, its important to know that your iPhone (6s) is detecting metal at the very top middle of the phone, next to the camera flash. 2nd, its important to mark several screws/nails up and down the stub. That way, you can get a better idea of where youre going to nail your frame of whatever. 3rd, your studs are going to be 16 inches apart. That should also help with placement.

There is metal in your tv remote! I hid it sofa cushions and it detected a strong signal. I tested other items and I like the accuracy.

For what I needed it for, finding studs in a wall, it works perfectly. I had drilled a handful of holes in my walls to hang a shoe rack using the sound method (change in sound throughout the wall to locate studs) and failed miserably. I was about to go out and buy a $15-30 stud finder when I got curious and went to go download this app to give it a go. Works great, tested it on common household stuff to check reliability and hasnt let me down yet. Great free tool to have.

Have to admit I was skeptical but it definitely worked! Got to mount my tv with so much ease compared to the many holes I attempted with prior lol. Absolutely recommend!!

I used to install a hammock in my room and was able to find the nails in the wall = studfinder. Good job app guys!
